It appears that the cause of winter backups and summer traffic backups is skipped over for the new bridge at Shaffers Crossing. The one lane coming down Kings Valley Hill holds us all up because of the merging traffic from 2 to 1 lanes and because people do not prepare for winter driving (if 2 lanes, we could pass them).
